Visit Boundary’s Vista House, with observation deck or Boundary’s Forebay Recreation Area for camping, day use, and boat launch. The Forebay Recreation Area at Boundary Dam includes 22 campsites, free, and first-come, first-serve basis; six tent with two ADA accessible, three car camp with two ADA accessible, and thirteen RV sites with two ADA accessible. Campsites have a fire ring and picnic table, no hooks-ups available. Day use area, group picnic shelter, boat launch, restroom meets ADA requirements with sinks, flush toilets and baby changing stations, and access to potable water.
The Boundary Hydroelectric Project, located on the Pend Oreille River in Northeastern Washington, supplies more than one-third of Seattle City Light's power. Discover the Boundary Hydroelectric Project nestled in the foothills of the Selkirk Mountains and positioned along the banks of the scenic Pend Oreille (pronounced "pond-ah-ray") River.
