Silver Lake
Silver Lake was formed by an early eruption of Mount St. Helens, permanently damming Silver Creek and creating the lake. The Silver Lake area offers serene scenery and a multitude of outdoor activities including camping, hunting, and fishing. The Pacific Ocean is located 90 minutes west, offering access to skiing and other wilderness activities. Silver Lake offers a variety of recreation activities with its four miles of winding shoreline. Seaquest State Park is a year-round 475-acre camping park, overtaking over a mile of Silver Lake’s shoreline on the western curve of the lake.
